Plain terms for a private community of colleagues. By joining DPC Hub, you agree to them.

Who runs DPC Hub

DPC Hub is run by volunteers from member practices. It isn't a company or a legal organization, and nobody speaks for the group. Dr. Ryan Neuhofel holds the hosting account, and Linko sponsors the hosting cost (see our Privacy Policy for what that means). Questions: admin@DPCHub.org.

Membership

• Membership is by approval, against our definition of DPC. We may decline an application, and we'll tell you why.

• Use your real name. One account per person, and keep your password to yourself.

• Our guidelines are part of these terms. Members who break them may have posts removed, or their account suspended or removed, as the guidelines describe.

What you post

• What you write is yours. By posting, you let DPC Hub show it to members and keep it as part of the conversation, even after you leave.

• Post only what you have the right to share.

• What's shared here stays here. Please don't share other members' posts or messages outside DPC Hub without their permission.

• No patient information, ever (guidelines rule 1), and no selling or recruiting ("Practices only, and no selling").

Not professional advice

What members share is colleagues comparing notes, not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Use your own judgment, and check anything important with the right professional. You remain responsible for your patients and your practice.

No guarantees

DPC Hub is provided by volunteers, as is. We'll do our best, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end it. Keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, the volunteers, administrators and sponsor aren't liable for losses from using DPC Hub or relying on what's posted here.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and post a note in Site Feedback.
